Tuesday! Whatchya eatin?
football and field hockey has started up, so, we are on the run most evenings! Should be interesting!!!!!
B: EAS protein shake....17g prot, 110 cals
S: LF cheese stick..........5g prot, 50 cals
L: 1/4 lavash with LF ham.....12g prot, 75 cals
S: 1/2oz almonds.....3g prot, 80 cals
D: small salad with LF turkey.....15g prot, 110 cals
S: Pringles Lite potato chips.....2g prot, 70 cals!
Good thing I'm starting at the gym tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sure I'll get my fluids in!!!! Vitamins are done!
Did any of you Dr L RNY patients here that he now wants us taking 2 multivitamins a day instead of just one? Corinne told us that at the support group last week and I've been meaning to pass it along, I just kept forgetting. Sorry!

S: SF Fudgicle 2g protein
D: 1/2 C. yogurt 5 g protein

S-I had a peanut butter cookie made with splenda (today is my birthday celebration and dinner since tomorrow people have to work----so I had to have some sort of treat since no cake---and I had to test them out)
L-Almost a 1/2 of a cheese quesidilla and some grapes
S-I am thinking some brie and lf trisuits
D-We're grilling pork, a smidge of pasta salad, and beans
PM Snack-I will probably break down and have another cookie

I think I was eating too fast yesterday. I know dinner was fast and the kids were running around not going to bed so it was a stressful too. Going to slow it down today though. I'm up at 3am and can't get back to sleep so at the moment I have a cup of coffee, a load of dishes going and a load of laundry set to start when the dishwasher is done. I've swept the kitchen, emptied the trash and cleaned the kitchen counter. At least it's a productive early morning.
