As someone said...its helps keep ourselves honest....and lets newbies see whats ahead!! Im still into mushies....Beef doesnt go down well at all!! I tried eggs (quiche) and that went down great!! So heres what Im eating today....
Question...what is the site that you plug in the ingredients and it gives you the protein etc??
B: Protein Shake 32 g protein
S: 3 crackers/cheese 4 g protein
L: 1 sclice Quiche w/cheese ?? 15g?
S: 3 crackers and peanut butter 4g protein
D: 2oz Chicken w/green beans 5 g protein
S: 1 SF Fudgicle 2g protein

If your gonna journel you should keep track of calories as well. I have a question unually chicken is 7 grams of protein per ounce. What kind of chicken are you having?? Just curious.Are you getting in all your fluids? At your stage in the game there is no way I could have eaten that much during the day I was just not hungry I actually had to force myself to eat.
Its the frozen chicken in a bag at walmart...boneless skinless tenderloins....I put 5g because I eat maybe 1/2 if the snall tender...so Im guessing it may be only 1 oz..not sure.
I also felt the same you do until recently....Im trying to shoot for as much protein as possbile...on the weekends I dont snack..just B, L and D. Maybe Im getting more protein than I think....which is good.
Im averaging about 5 lbs a week weight loss.....20+ right after surgery...so I think Im doing ok...

Yes..on target with water...vitamins. Went on this today...so I can count calories....

There are multiple sites out there....the daily plate is one, calorie king, fit day, bunches of them. I still keep a written log as I'm too lazy to find my stuff on the websites! haha

B: EAS protein drink....17g protein, 110 cals
S: 1oz LF cheese......5g prot, 50 cals
L: 1/2 low carb lavash with 2oz LF ham.......12g prot, 75 cals
S: PB2 with a wasa cracker...........6g prot, 100 cals
D: scallops with veggies, probably.......23g prot, 105 cals
Totals: 63g protein, 440 cals (maybe I'll do 1/2 a protein shake to up the protein a bit more?)
Vitamins and fluids.....DONE! (or will be done shortly!)
