Sunday! Whatchya eatin??
I don't know about anyone else, but I've been outside enjoying this wonderful SUNSHINE!!!!! It's amazing! Only bad part is that it's almost 3pm and I'm just having some lunch! YIKES!
B: EAS protein shake.........17g protein, 110 cals

L: (Late) salad with LF turkey and LF ham with lite dressing........20g protein, 140 cals
S: yup, protein shake: 4 oz Cal Countdown FF milk with sample size nectar Choc Truffle! OMG..that's yummy stuff...free sample I got.........16g protein, 75 cals
S#2: apple dumpling.............2g protein, 110 cals ( but OH....soooo good!!!!!!!!!!)
D: who knows?? it'll be late....maybe some salmon and scallops? I'll update later!
ETA: UHOH!!!!! The balloon festival struck again!!!!!!! YIKES!!!! Dinner was 3 onion rings(small ones) and 2 chicken nuggets!!!!!!! YUMMY but bad!!!! add about 300 cals for that!

I've had a terrible eating weekend...seems like all I have done is eat but when I look at it the #'s say no. I have been drinking too much beer/wine but in need of some relaxations. Had my 20 month old nephew all afternoon...I'm so thankful I'm done at 2 kids. But 4, 3, & 20 months is a lot to take for the afternoon.

I went to the Balloon festival yesterday too. We live like 5 minutes from there so we went with the babies Friday, Sat at 6:30am, and yesterday around the launch in the evening. I only ate there Friday and had a clam cake. Fried, so not the best choice, but oh so yummy. I got suckered into getting some of the jerky hut beef jerky there. It was expensive, but the bes jerky I have ever had...so juicy!
Back to the main topic...what have I been eating...

L-chicken quesidilla (1/2)
S-lf triscuits and brie (I have been trying to good cheeses lately since I can only eat a litlle...and LOVE them)
D-steak (small piece), a few pieces ofgrilled squash, zuccini, portabello mush
S-sf ice cream sandwich...it's my treat every once in awhile...or I will have a decaf with splenda iced coffee at night
