Hey everyone .. How is everyone doing ? well as far as WLS is going i am very good and very happy i did this for my self and wish i had done it soon.. now as for my self i been in bed sick for a few day now and been to the ER a few time. But i am doing what they said and i hope to have a better day tommrrow then i had in the past.. i am trying to read all the post so sorry if i don't get too all or reply to them all .... Terri i am sorry i did not get to wish you my best but i am thinking about you and sent you a e-mail at the hospital... well i am off to read some more .. everyone take care and talk to you all soon .. with love Amber

I know this journey can have its ups and downs...I have had a few moments like you have...keep up the hard work...and like you said....I wish I had done this sooner!!! You look great!!
