I sometimes will have a sugar free instant carnation drink in the morning its not much, but something, my band is tight in the morning.

Nothing "wrong" about what anyone is doing! I just start my day with a protein shake to give me a "head start" on my protein for the day. I also do it because I hate getting up earlier in the morning to "make" something nutritious! I'm kinda lazy like that!!!!
