I'm off to Bangor to meet with the dietitian at 2:30...my last app't before meeting with the surgeon !!

Still a bit nervous about the whole idea of "surgery"...but the excitement is starting to take over more & more everyday !!

I did it !! All my pre-approval app'ts are complete

Amanda was awesome...
she was very pleased with all my paperwork and "homework" from the NUT class.
Checked my paperwork from the blood work I had done with my PCP last week... everything sems to be in order...and my A1C was 7.8...a bit higher than I like but still within guidelines for surgery...she said I should be getting my app't notice (in the mail) to meet with the surgeon sometime next week. I've decided to change my surgeon preference from Dr. Toder to Dr. Clough...for a couple or reasons but most importantly 'cause Dr. Toder has such a waiting list that I probably won't get a date until sometime in the SPRING ?!?! And I am just so ready to go and do this and get started...I really don't wanna wait 'til Spring if I don't have to...I'm sounding like a "whine_ss" I know and I apologize...BUT...

Anyway...thanks for letting me *ramble*...
