Well i have had another weight in todayI have ....................... LOST 6 LBS IN ONE WEEK.... That makes a total of 16 lbs in about a month and 1/2.
I didn't get to finish my sleep study because of my IH attacks, but i am on a short term call list. They said they will call as soon as they have something. Hopefully it isn't  on a day my mom has to work. I have my one on one dietician this Thursday. I also have a follow up with Dr. Prescott. now all i have is my sleep study, two therapist appointments and my surgeon visit. i'm hoping to have the surgery in the next few months.

I have also undergone my spinal tap to confirm my Psuedotumor diagnosis, and that is what i have . The pressure in my head and spin is about 325. Normal is about 100 something. So i am on medication to help lower and keep low the amount of fluid in my head to help control the headaches. I'm also on Vicodine to help manage the pain till it is undercontrol.  Sleep is getting harder to come by these days, i think that its because of anxiety . That is also playing a factor in my headaches. I try to sleep but stuff pops in my head and i can't stop thinking about everything.

Well I will keep everyone updated, that is if you don't mind me updating all the time. LOL.
Hugs, all.

I started at 350 and I am now 334. All i am doing is walking at least everyother night for 15-20 min on a tredmill, and eating the foods that are approved by the nurtition program. I do have some brownie batter (lol) on the weekend to kill my sweet craving, but other than that not much else. I also eat in small quanties

Please, post your updates. We are here to support you through this process. There's nothing to be sorry for. I'm glad you got a sleep study rather quickly, but sorry the IH  caused problems.

You're doing so well with the weight loss! Your PCP must be pleased at your weekly weigh-ins.

I look forward to hearing about your progress and other appointments.

Thank you all. I am very proud of my self and I plan on working hard to get the weight off and keep it off while working for the durgery. I have another appointment tomorrow with Dr. Prescott. I'm still trying to find a therapist though.
