I did it too !!  thanks for the instructions, I tried once to get a pic and it would say it was too big. Now I need to get a picture of myself, this picture is over 2 years old. I am camera shy, another words I have always avoided them like the plague.

Cheryl, You do look awsome! As I said over coffee yesterday, Crystal had to remind me when my weight-loss was at a stand still....that it's not only the scale we should look at but how our clothes fit and how we feel as well. Rome was not built in a day....we gained the weight over time and should lose it the same way in order to get and remain healthy. No matter what surgery we had (lap-band, RNY etc.) we should ALL remember that we are individuals and will lose at different rates due to our metabolism. Our destination is the same....a healthier life, a more abundant life. But the road traveled, although simular in some ways is different for all.
You're doing a GREAT job, especially with everything that's going on in your life. We are ALL special in God's eyes. He has graciously given us back our lives by giving us this "second chance" with the wonderful weight-loss "tool" we're been handed. It's up to us to take things "one day at a time" and really make the most of it.
Let's have another coffee and chat session soon. It really made my day.
BTW saw Ruth at the store last night when she came to shop. It's nice to meet up with friends like you!
Anne
