What happened to July ??

Our first in-service is on the 21st...
and the first day of school is Monday the 25th

Holy Cow !!
Oh Well ~ at least we still have the 23rd to look forward to

School here starts after Labor Day . The 25th is rather early isn't it?

Yes...we usually start after Labor Day too...But...this is our last year at the "old" school...and everything has to be out and moved into the "new" school by the 19th of June...cause that's the day the "old" school is being demolished

So we start a bit earlier and get out a bit earlier in June...

We'll be back on track next fall...and into our brand-new building

Our school district is made up of 11 communities and our school is K-12
but the new school will accomodate Pre-K as well...

we start school aug 27th ...just to get a head start for the snow days we get.. I have been at camp alot this summer..hope everyone is doing great.. I know my summer is flying by so spenting all the time i can up there...

I, for one, can't wait for school to start back up! I'm tired of the kids bickering while I am at work!!!! You'd think they'd be old enough to get along...NOT!!!!! Summer DOES fly by WAAYYYYY too fast though! I haven't even had a chance to get in the pool yet!!!! Maybe this weekend!!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!! Enjoy what's left of it...if it ever stops raining!!!!!!!!! We have inservice days on the 25th but us drivers only have to be there for a couple hours. then we start elementary on the 27 and high school after labor day.

summer sure went fast this summer.

In-Service is the 21st & 22nd for the teachers...Bus drivers just have to go 8 - noon on the 21st...
School starts the 25th for K - 9...gives the new freshmen a chance to get familiar with the high school without all the upper classmen... which is sometimes a good thing

Then everyone will be back on the 26th.
The summer has gone fast...BUT...
the sooner school starts, the sooner Dec. will be here...and I'm hoping that my surgery date will be sometime in Dec. (??)

Lincoln Academy has a mandatory start date of Aug. 28th. Seems like the summer just got started and now it's ending. This morning definately had that fall feeling to it here on the coast. It's a perfect day today. Warm and not humid.
