For those of you that don't take dumping on sugar seriously or
better yet, don't think you do dump on sugar so you think you can't dump on it. Boy have I got a story for you. I am one of those post ops that can get away with some sugar so I decided to pu**** with dangerous results. My post should serve as a warning, don't let this happen to you.

Thank you for sharing. I too have little ones and something like that scares me. I too have been going through some very stressful times and have found myself grabbing things I normally have the will power to refuse. Right now it's Tootsie Rolls (midgees). I even bought a bag but now will send it away as 2 don't bother me but 3 does. Not to mention there isn't an ounce of nutritional value. Now, if I could just get over my obsession with coffee.
So glad your daughter is okay.

Steph, I am starting to like my morning coffee too, but realized I was saying I had 2 cups of coffee and day, but was useing a huge mug, so it was more like 4. so I cut it down to one large cup for my breakfast. I only make one cup in my maker....then around 10 I eat breakfast, coffee fills me up. geee, I quit pepsi and beer, I need somekind of buzz.... hehe
I can't seem to make it through the day without at least 2 travel mugs in the morning and then I usually get a decaf iced coffee at DD on my way home...only had one this week though so that was good. Only 30 calories for a medium with skim milk.
I have been having a beer or glass of wine just about every night once the kids go to bed.
