Well my sleep consult here in rockland was cancelled again because something came up with the dr.  and now i have to wait till sept. for an appoint  meaning that my surgery now won't be till almost nov or dec. I was trying to avoid that due to the weather conditions that time of year. Lynn however is going to see what she can do for me and get me in asap in bangor. I feel bad for asking her to help me, but I don't know what else to do.
The good news however, i finally got my MRI and the results. Everything was clear. Now i have to have a spinal tap

 Hi Sarah...
Sorry your app't. was cancelled but *Congrats* on your MRI results

I must admit...the "waiting game" is a pain-in-the-butt...but as Lisa said..."everything happens for a reason..."

Enjoy your day ~~

Hmmm maybe you could have your sleep study somewhere else? Mine was in Portland cause the one in Lewiston was toooo busy. Hope you can get your appointments in soon. Hang in there I also believe everything happens for a reason.

A friend of mine got a sleep study done in Augusta in a matter of weeks. You might want to ask your PCP which MD in Augusta does them. I'll also check for you.

Hope this helps.

Sorry to hear your sleep study was postponed!  I'd check into other places too, if it's an option for you.  Hopefully, it'all for the best.....congrats on your MRI results!  Things will keep moving and the journey will last a life time....it's WELL worth the wait!!!!!  honks!  Ruth

Well, Lynn was able to get me into a sleep study Thursday. But i had an IH attack and ended up in EMMC Er. But my Helen, was really nice and said that i could get back in for my study with in a week or so.  For my next study I hope that my IH will be under control.
Not only was my IH an issue that night, but it was the first time i was away from my youngest since he was born. THAT WAS HARD.
I have my LP tomorrow and i am not looking forward to it. I'm scared but afterwards we will be able to find out what is really gloing on and i can start on meds to control the issue. The hardest part right now is the fact that i keep missing work. I eneded up staying home friday from work due to l;ack of sleep.
I will keep all updated. Thanks for your support.
