Hello .... my appt with dr clough want good.. i got the staple out yahoo and everything looked good and see him again in 6 weeks.. then had the nut appt and thing want good here but as for weight wow i weigh more there then at dr clough office .. so i am going to stay with dr clough weight . also i am now on more of a soft diet now.. still no salad :( but i will make it thought i know i can and will LOL ... well got to go .. take care Amber
