Ive made it 1 month!! I am feeling blessesd!! I have a tool thaat keeps me in check!!

Ive lost roughly 40 lbs...and BP is 104/82. I see my PCP next week....and hopefully I can come off my BP medicine! Im off my Metformin! Walking every morning, and making good food choices!

Melissa, Congratulations on such a good weigh-loss. You're doing a great job. I totally agree with you in regards to your medications. I was on 17 different meds (as a diabetic with high blood pressure and high cholesteral as well as a thyroid problem) befpre my surgery almost a year ago and.....thanks to this wonderful "tool" we've been given, have not taken ANY perscription medications since I walked out of the hospital! AS I said before, you're doing a great job and you'll continue to notice things getting even better as time goes on.
Keep it up....you're an inspiration to many.
