ok, girls I need your input here.  last 2 weeks, I've had diareah, last 2 days, constipated, but very very gassy, my tummy is gurgling so loud, but not really anything coming out (gas), now my back is killing me sooo bad,  I took 2 stool softners and coffee this morning.  something has to give.  I am hoping it is all connected, with back that is.  OH, and I got on scale and gainned 4 lbs.  I'm going for hair color and cut at 10:00, I hope it don't all give till after that, hehe...

Maybe you are getting a correction since you have been eating pretty much what you want-I think you have been testing your band out everyway you can...Please take care of you...and...ah...bring a change of clothes with you....

haha, i'll warn you, if you hear a loud Honk.  I've been eating pretty much the same, still counting calories and staying in that range.  other then that, I think I can pretty much have anything I want.  I should anyway, that is why I chose the band.  I just don't know why all of a sudden it's wackin me out..... hehe

Do you still have your gall bladder? I know even after my gall bladder was removed eating foods that were high in fat would give me the runs. Before it came out however I had wicked pains all the way from my hips to my teeth lol  Watch it closely Cheryl and if you do not feel better real soon take your temp and call Dr's office. My back hurts as well when I am plugged up as well. One of my signs to look for. Hopefully you are feeling better soon.
