fill #3

i'm going in for fill #3 on the 31st.  hope this is the one.... I can't wait.  IF so then I really need to work it, i've been kinda just hanging in there.  not doing bad, but not being perfect either.  still loosing tho, lost 2 more since my last visit of 3 lbs. so SLow yes, but i'm happy and eating everything.  went out for breakfast today, had a yummy banana nut pancake, well 1/2 of one, phew, I was full.  and on way home from portland stopped in for a baby cone.  see what I mean?  I could be better.  and had a BLT on ww rollup for supper. now time for bed, ya'll have a great week.  I've got my family xmas in July party next Sat. so I need to go xmas shopping for the kids this week. yak!!! and find my xmas paper.  take care, hugs, cheryl

Hey Cheryl,  Good luck with your fill #3.  It is just funny how time flies by.  I hope #3 will be good for you, I need to go in for #3 myself.  I am not sure when I will do it though.  I may wait until mid August.  You do have the weight coming off, and that is good, just not as fast as either of us would like I am sure.  I need to get better at sticking to eating better, if that makes sense.  I honestly believe that as long as you are happy and confident with what you are doing and you are still losing, that is great.  That is what it is all about.  Talk to again soon, Jill

Thank you JIll, you are doing awesome, way to work it.  it is so easy to slip back into old habbits when you dont' have anything to kick you back to earth.  Have you gotten stuck or sick yet?  I havn't, just feel really full faster then usual, pasta salad, made me feel stuck, but only for like 3 mins.
