It's nice to get away for a while...but sure is nice to get back home too! It was a great weekend and it was AWESOME meeting Amber and Patty! Can't wait to see you both again at the summer gathering! My dd's team WON the WHOLE tourney! It was really exciting!!!! Next weekend....off to Brewer!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO! Thanks to all of you for the good wishes for my daughter's team.....IT WORKED!!!!!! hehehe! Have a great rest of your Sunday!!!!!!! Ruth

We got a bit of rain, but not enough to stop the game. Kinda sprinkled rain all the way home too. At least it wasn't downpouring!!!!!!! It was a great weekend!

Sorry I didn't make it to Bangor to meet up with you...
had a great time at FunTown...it was so hot though...temps were in the low 90's and the humidity felt like it was at (atleast) 100%

and then the rain came

It poured...was like the sky literally opened up !! Started thundering & lightning...and everything started closing down...so we ended up leaving an hour earlier than planned...but was OK...I'm pretty sure a good time was had by all

But was glad to get home...being in the sun all day wore me out...I came home, enjoyed a nice warm

got into my 'jams and fell

with the TV on...(as usual).
Glad you had a great time in Bangor with the tournament and with meeting new friends...Looking forward to meeting everyone at the *summer gathering* !!

No "all-stars"....although they play like it! haha...just a bunch of girls that really enjoy the game! The great part was that all these girls are 16 or just turned 17 (my dd is the youngest..she just turned 15 in April) and they played 2 teams that were 18u (18 and some 19 year olds) and they BEAT them too! It was really cool!
