zuchinne soup/copied from band site

cooked a medium onion and large zucchini chunked up in a teaspoon of oil , w/chopped garli****il they were transparent, then I added 2 tablespoons of flower and cooked it a little, then I added a box of chicken stock and brought to a boil.  Then blended all of it and added 1can of 98% ff cream of chicken soup and 1 can 98% ff cream of mushroom.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  It was amazing.  I hardly have any left!  It makes a big pot too!

sounds good...I have a zucchini in the fridge and the soup in the cupboard.  Guess what I'm going to make??  Betcha can't...

haha, steph, I got everything but zuc, all the ones in my garden are like 2 inches long, but I have a mess of them, maybe next week...
