cooked a medium onion and large zucchini chunked up in a teaspoon of oil , w/chopped garli****il they were transparent, then I added 2 tablespoons of flower and cooked it a little, then I added a box of chicken stock and brought to a boil. Then blended all of it and added 1can of 98% ff cream of chicken soup and 1 can 98% ff cream of mushroom. Add salt and pepper to taste. It was amazing. I hardly have any left! It makes a big pot too!
