Summer ramblings

My daughter had bought us a 24 foot pool. My hubby built a nice deck and a ladder down into the pool. I have been spending every minute I can in the pool and on the deck.. It occured to me today as i was climbing up I NEVER could have done this 178 lbs more.
The other day I had my appointment with my osteopath. I had gained 5 lbs and she said their was more to success than what the scale said She asked me how my clothes were fitting and how I was feeling .She just put another perspective on the whole weight issure for me

You are doing great!  Gotta love that pool on these nice warm days!!!!!  Wish OUR pool was ready!!!!  Can you imagine.....July is half over and Dh still doesn't have the water clear!!!!!!!  Yikes!   Enjoy your pool and your health!  It's awesome!!!!!!!!  

Hey Pam, nice to see you again!!  I know the pool thing is awesome, I too am spending every minute in the pool I can!! (I just keep thinking about all the snow we had this past winter!!) Just make sure you slap the old sunscreen on!!
