my year check up

Hi everyone,

went for my year checkup today..Thank you Patty for meeting me there I had a great visit and a great lunch ..

The doctor was very impressed with me said I did a wonderful job and that I was beautiful.. The best thing of all I now am at 151 lbs that is 80 pounds gone since this process started. WOO HOO.. I cant believe I have lost that much weight and feel good and feel so good about myself too boot.

The only thing they found was I am Vitiamin D defficent. So now he put me on a prescribtion for that.which I knew I would be where I was have a problem taking the calcium with vit D. I went to taking tums with no vit, D. I will be rechecked in 6months.

Then I went to the nutrish and I was also 150 pounds. she was very happy with me and told me I have done a great job. so I had pretty good day..Well I should say perfect day..

The only thing the nutrish wants me to do it take two multy vitimins everyday instead of one. Lynn went to a conference and said we should be taking it.

So since the boss lady didnt call me to go to work after I got home I stopped at wally world and bought myself a new camera..I said what to heck I have worked hard for this present.. Now I can take pictures of ME.... I have a new one i will try to get off the camera lol...

Well just had to share my perfect day..

Sounds like you are doing AWESOME! Congrats! Glad everything went well! I had to be on Vit D pre-op, hoping I'm ok at 6 months! Congrats on your success!!!!!!!!

Congrats on a great day! I think a lot of people are vitamin D deficient. I had to take it for 8 weeks pre-surgery, and I have a feeling I might after my 6 month check up. Well, maybe not since it is summer and I am getting a lot of sun.

You have done so well! You should be proud and start clicking away. Isn't it weird to actually want to be in pictures now!!!!!!

Your welcome Barb!!! It was great fun to get out and feel normal Olive garden soup and salad is just what the doctor ordered. mmmm goood.

I had great company and enjoyed it. I was on another site and saw that they were a center of excellence too and that they recommended two multivitamins a day now. So i was wondering.

Glad you bought yourself a present we all deserve them too you know.
