if I dumped i'd be doing it now??

man, we bought a "Dairy Queen" birthday cake for my nephew on Sat. and there was like 1/3 of the cake left, so I got my LM a piece, now do you think I walked away, oh, no, i cut myself one too.  Thank Goodness I am not a sweet eater, that sugar just filled me up ewwwww, but if I was to dump, it would happen now.  Now I need something salty....its a vicious cycle.

OMG!!!!!!!! NOW I WANT some ice cream!!!!!!  SHEESHHH!  Guess I'd better go for my walk sooner than later and get rid of this thought!!!!!!!!!!!
