PLEASE HELP!!!!
I hope you are eating SOMETHING! Water/fluids are very important...sf jello, sf popsicles (they always make me "feel" like I'm eating something, maybe tricking the tummy?) Get some protein in you. It IS a struggle at times, but don't give up! We're here for you....let us know how you are doing!!!!!! Ruth
I am eating. This am I had 1 banana, and then at about 7 am i had two scoops if Slim Fast High Protin Shake mix with two cups of 1% milk. Then at about 10 am I had 1/2 a cup of raspberries. Lunch at 12 i have a good size salad and 1/4 cup of sf jello. In between i have drank 20 oz of water and i am now drinking 20 oz of sf tea. I still have a peach and another 1/4 cup of jello for the rest of the afternoon. Supper I'm thinking of a sandwhich wrap.
sounds like you doing good, keep busy, take your mind off it, go visit a friend. are you on a pre op diet? when is your surgery? you can do it. It is very hard that is why we are all here. think of the end goal, even if it is slow, and you cheat, just don't give up, we are all human. we all have screwed up. just jump back on, and you'll do great... keep posting.. hugs, cheryl
When my tummy is talking, sometimes YELLING to me I find something to busy myself. I do all kinds of crafts, gardening, playing piano, walking to keep busy and out of the kitchen. Distraction is a wonderful thing.

i go every tuesday for my week.ly weight ins. So far so good. Well My stomach is growling, but I'm doing good I have had 60 oz of water today and I'm getting ready for another 20. I wish that i could keep busyier but hey when i get home i'm thinking of cleaning cleaning cleaning if i don't fall a sleep first. lol
Sarah you are not starving -You are eating a suitable amount of food for living...keep telling yourself I am eating to live, not living to eat. Food doesn't care about you, it just lies there, WE make the meaning-like...I am bad if I eat that, or I am hurt so eating that will make me feel something other than hurt...NOPE food is not involved with our emotions-we involve it and make meaning of IT. REfocus on something other than your bodily functions-get away from where the food is...walk away...drive away....call a friend, take a bath...put an elastic on your wrist and snap it when you feel like you need to go eat something outside of meals and healthy snacks...
