I am on the other side!!!

Glad you are feeling better than expected.  My mom had gained in the hospital too.  All the fluids they pump you with!  It will drop off in no time.  I could barely stomach the pain meds...yuck.  But none of my taste buds changed afterwords.   You will be tired for awhile, but will be amazed.  After 2 weeks you will be like...I can't even believe I had surgery!  Except the incision sites might get weird with those dang staples. Congrats!  Glad we'll get to see you on more!  Are you gonna go to the summer gathering at Range pond on Augst 23rd?
