Hello my friends. I just thought I would share about my 6 month post op. I have now lost 68 lbs which Dr. Loggins says is 78% of my excess weight. He said he likes his patients to lose between 60-80% of their excess weight by 1 year so I am ahead of the game. He is very happy with my results and terms my surgery a success! Whoohoo! The biggest news though is my BMI is 28 which puts me at, guess what, just plain OVERWEIGHT, not obese. All I can say is SWEET!!!!!!!! All my blood work is excellent so I can stop taking a bunch of my supplements too, which is good because they were getting expensive. Thanks for listening my friends. Iam on vacation next week out in the sticks with no internet or phone so I won't be on much. Thank you all being here and being so supportive. Without you, I'm not so sure I would have done so well. Great news Missi! Don't you just love being ahead of the game! I hope I am in August for my 6 month. You guys always give me an extra push to keep working hard. It will be good to stop taking all those dang supplements too. Congrats to you! And have fun in the boonies!

Awesome Missi. Hmmm if your labs are excellent why stop taking supplements there working the way they should. Just worried don't fall stop the supplements unless the DR had advised you too.
