so in a few days i will be starting my 2 week liquid diet and i know somewhat what i need to be on.. but my letter said the nut want over it all and give us Info well i have nothing .. so i am here asking for some help?? i am not sure if it just a liquid or full liquid diet ... so i have got alot of water,broths,suger free pops, suger free pudding . ect .. thanks alot for your time ...

Amber Good question! I'm not there yet so can't answer for sure. You can e-mail the nut. Lynn, Dayna or Amanda for information or phone them. Their e-mails are first initial last name @ emh.org Their full names are listed on the 3rd page of your EMMC notebook. They are all very helpful and usually respond within an hour, if e-mailed during business hours. I PM'd you the e-mails and phone #.

I'd check with your nut too...each surgeon is different with their requirements! Good luck and keep us posted on how you are doing!!!!!!

Good luck on this phase!! You ae so close to getting healthier and fitter. You can do anything for 2 weeks, Amber, hang in there. Jump on if you need to complain or whine, we all have!! It helps to be supported before surgery, especially!! hugs and honks! kate

Hmmm that is strange that you didn't get anything...What about in your binder, I think its with the other information in that too...But also at your 1 on 1 Nutrition appointment they should have given you a booklet. Mine is orange on the outside and it says phase 2 and has liquids that you can have...If you dont get any answers soon, let me know and I will type them in here for you...Good luck...mine is scheduled for July 29, so just after yours...
