If you haven't been to Hungry-Girl.com GO!!!  It is a fabulous site with tons of ideas, info & recipes.  I just received there cookbook.  I sat down with it and a pad of sticky-notes to mark the recipes I wanted to try ~ I marked almost every page!!!  Low calorie and most have low sugar with regular ingredients that are already in your home which means no extra trips to the grocery store!! I love this site!  I first heard about the site while reading a Rachael Ray magazine. I have been getting the newsletters for a couple of years now.  She has some great recipes.  I want to buy that new book.  

Kathi, I got the cookbook on Ebay for $11 including shipping and it is worth every penny and more!!  I could have made just about everything in the cookbook yesterday with the things I already have in the cabinets.  So easy.  So real.  I'm going to be cooking up a storm!!
