IN THE ARSE!!!!!!!!! I am having major head hunger and munchies tonight!!!!!!!! YIKES! Someone please stop me NOW!!!!!!!!!!! I think this is the first time it's really hit me this hard!!!!!!! The kids made chocolate chip cookies....I REALLY want one! I WON'T have one....but the head is saying that I WANT one! Ok....I gotta go do something!!!!! YIKES!!!!!!!!!!

You know it is head hunger when you crave anything...we have NO appetite right now, so if we think we do, it isn't real, if it isn't real, NO ACTION IS REQUIRED ON OUR PART.
Can't tell you how many times this has happened,maybe 8 x since surgery, and it is OLD OLD stuff, I start to circle the kitchen , opening cupboards. I then remember...you have no appetite, so this is head, fake, phony, the enemy, hunger- walk away from the kitchen!!
I jump on the gazelle, or grab my book and get outside, go up and down stairs, OR clean something!! That helps, alot. You are soooooooo normal !
