just can't do it

I just added a new picture, and just can't figure out how to add to ativar, I forget everytime I do it. it is too large, I know last time I clicked on something that said make for email size or something like that, and I can't find that click??? oh, well, the picture is on my profile... check out to see how beaufiful I am to bring my little man to his Semi Formal tonight...
