so, as many know I've been whinning about not loosing weight, and all the frustrations i've had with no restriction, but, on a good note.  This past week has been very very busy, and I didn't have time to count my calories, but and i've eaten alot of meat, actually stayed away from carb, mostly cause my house is empty, I need groceries.  so, I"ve eaten chicken (icluding skin), cheese, eggs, hamburg, anyway, I got on the scale and thought my goodness I think I gainned weight cause I know I didn't have just 800 cal. and must of gainned 5 lbs. NOOOO, I lost, not much, but I lost.  I'm going to try keeping this carb free and keep my calories a little higher.  Lets see what happends.  just a test "this is only a test"  ... I know no one is havn't a hard time loosing, here anyway, but I just thought I'd share, cause there are alot of newbies, that might have to do pre op diet, and I think, right now, the no carb diet might kick it into gear for me.  oh, and one more thing, even tho I havn't lost, my clothes is getting looser, SLOWLY.... hope the sun comes out, and you all have a great day.  I'm off to buy some food for this joint...  Hugs, cheryl

Carbs!    bad.....  PROTEIN!!!!     GOOD!   Lots of wasted cals in carbs!   Glad you are doing better and seeing some changes!  I think it's TOTALLY RADICALLY AWESOME!   I knew you'd figure it all out!!!!!!!!!!   honks!  Ruth

Good job Cheryl!  I think that the higher protein diet is the way to go.  Are you thinking of going for another fill soon?

when can we call? dr. said 4 weeks, so should I call and make appt. before 4 weeks so it don't go to 6 weeks?? I"m gonna call next wed.  what you gonna do?  or do you need another one?
