I think something is happening??
so, as many know I've been whinning about not loosing weight, and all the frustrations i've had with no restriction, but, on a good note. This past week has been very very busy, and I didn't have time to count my calories, but and i've eaten alot of meat, actually stayed away from carb, mostly cause my house is empty, I need groceries. so, I"ve eaten chicken (icluding skin), cheese, eggs, hamburg, anyway, I got on the scale and thought my goodness I think I gainned weight cause I know I didn't have just 800 cal. and must of gainned 5 lbs. NOOOO, I lost, not much, but I lost. I'm going to try keeping this carb free and keep my calories a little higher. Lets see what happends. just a test "this is only a test" ... I know no one is havn't a hard time loosing, here anyway, but I just thought I'd share, cause there are alot of newbies, that might have to do pre op diet, and I think, right now, the no carb diet might kick it into gear for me. oh, and one more thing, even tho I havn't lost, my clothes is getting looser, SLOWLY.... hope the sun comes out, and you all have a great day.
