all hell is breaking loose

so yesterday i called in sick. what i really wanted to do was sleep in. not sure why but i'm tired a lot. i'm going out this weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday which is tuesday. when i woke from my nap the sun was shining so beautifully i had to go sit in the sun. after an hour or so i had gotten some good color i decided i needed a new tatoo. i headed to augusta and got the fish rack (fish skeleton) i've been wanting. i got it on the inside of my left wrist. i'll get pictures soon. then i thought i could be pampered some more so went for a manicure. well, that was so nice that today i took an early lunch and got my hair cut short and cute. i figured if i'm losing it it won't be so noticable if it's short. will get pictures of that too.

tomorrow night is the celebration of my son's 16th birthday. his birthday is tuesday too. i've rented a limo and taking he and 9 friends galaxtic bowling. can't wait. i'll get pictures of that too.

so there it is. i'm turning 40 and all hell is breaking loose! oh, i wore a halter top out last weekend. that certainly turned some heads!

Lisa, go LIsa, go LIsa, go LIsa.... YOu deserve a day off.  I take them very often, actually after I sent my little man off to work, I did groceries I've been on my butt all day, took a nice soak in the hot tub, needed a cup of coffee I thought I needed to take that nap you were talking about.  Hope you have a wonderful time with your son,  I Love doing things with my kids, and it gets better as they get older.  Then you know your "Really cool" when they want to hang out with us.  My Son actually asked me if I'd go out for a drink with him tonight at our local Marina/pub, openning for the season tonight.  I said Dad is golfing and he said So?  me and you can go. awwwww, gotta love those kiddo's....  And Happy Birthday to both of you.  Hugs, Cheryl  OH, (show some skin Girl)....
