Can you do Iced tea decaf of course? What about trying what I do put a packet of splenda in your ice water.  Sugar free koolaid with splenda. Sorry all I can think of this morning. If I think of anything more I will post them.

I was thinking what Kathy said...decaf tea? Any of the Crystal light products or generic sugar free drink mixes (I like the Shaw's brands, they are pretty good.)  Light milk?  Sorry I can't offer more!  Good luck!  Ruth

I've become fond of Kellott's Special K2O Protein Water Mix.  It comes in Iced Tea, Strawberry Kiwi, and Pink Lemonade.  I prefer the Strawberry Kiwi but if you cannot have citris I suggest trying the Iced Tea.   I don't get the premixed bottles I get the powder packets.  The premixed has sugar and the packets do not.   They have 30 calories, 0 fat, 40 mg sodium, 6 g carbohydrates, 5 g fiber, and 5 g protein. Water can get a bit boring after awhile, can't it.
