is it the heat?

got on the scale and went up 2 lbs. this morning.  anyone else???  I had a good weekend? I wonder if it's jus****er retention? even my rings are tight.

yah i think its the heat because the only ring i have left is usually loose is tight this morning. I took my wedding band in to have it resize. He is taking it down 4 sizes..im so excited.. have great day

I think it's the heat too!  YUCK!   I'm actually HOT!!  I hate working when it's like this..no one wants to do anything, they are just soo tired!  oh well, at least I'm trying to get them to work!  haha  Enjoy the heat!  Ruth

I am a home care physical therapist.  I love it, except when it's so hot that I cause my patients to have strokes when I make them exercise!  jk....I stop before we get to that point!
