Sunday coffee and computer

I think I've got this picture thing done.  Hopefully I am no longer a ? for my photo. That's me with grandson Ryan( 6 mo old) on top of Mt. Battie, Camden in Oct 07- if it worked. Yesterday was really weird. It was a I'm not hungry day. Worked in the yard, picked about a quart of strawberries, only 1 stalk of asparagus left growing- the season is over I've been thinking about a TV commercial- they say that 1 lb of excess weight = 4 lbs of force on your knees. THAT"S INCENTIVE for me!  no wonder my knees are unhappy. THings to look forward to w/ WLS.\ Have a wonderful sunny Sunday. I'm off to play piano for a local church and do some straightening out of my bedroom. DD says she's having a lawn sale next week. Gotta get rid of some stuff. Emily

NO NO, you can't do it, you must not spend your day cleaning out your bedroom, its gonna be a wonderful day, go outside and play, I'm heading out right now, to finish up a garden, mow the back yard, then shower and put on my bathing suit and go out in boat,  I'll take a picture of my sexyness and post later, be prepared all of you... hehehe,

This is the first day I have actually felt really warm. Got home from Church and chilling for awhile gonna take kids to the Sebago State Park if weather holds out this afternoon. It is amazing just how much the weight loss has effected me.  I have lost more than what my daughter weighs at  this point I can not even walk around carrying her. I am just floored when I think about what I had been doing to my poor body for so long.

OK- I spent some time inside and outside. I don't do too much sun, as I'm a burn and peel kind of girl. (fair hair and skin). Played piano at church. Put the canvas awning out on the deck framework- gosh that thing is heavy! But it's up. Cleaned out my car, washed the inside. Changed the windows and doors from storms to screens. Washed the bedroom curtains and rehung them. Drank a lot of water on this hot day .  Emily
