1. what would you do with a million $? 2. What has been your scariest health scare? 3. What room in your house could use a total make over, and what style, color and design would you choose. 4. Who do you envey the most? 5. If you could change or help any of your children, what would you choose? 1. what would you do with a million $? I would pay off my kids college loans, send them for more schoooling, give them both a big down payment for a home. and pay off my home and bills, along with retirement money, start college loan for grandkids, some day??? 2. What has been your scariest health scare? almost loosing my Son, hemoraged at 6 mo preg. complete bed rest, had him at 7 1/2 mo. along.  Was very healthy, 3. What room in your house could use a total make over, and what style, color and design would you choose. I think I would have an upstairs bathroom near our bedrooms, with stand up, glass door shower.  I love browns, tans and black for color 4. Who do you envey the most? I have realized with age, that even those that I used to envy, with brains, money or looks have other issues.  SO right now, I am so happy with my family, job, Health that I think I envy "ME"..... 5. If you could change or help any of your children, what would you choose?  I would have both my children get a makeover.  They both could use lessons in how to dress.  I try, but they think I'm old and don't listen.  My DD is overweight and sometimes dresses with too tight of clothes.  and my DS is a professional and should be a little more aware with being clean cut as far as his hair, shave and ironed clothes.... geee it drives me nuts !!! kids. hehee

Good Questions Cheryl! 1. what would you do with a million $? I would tithe 10%, dividing it up between Grace -Street Ministry (to the homeless) in Portland, and Frankfort Congregational Church so they could afford a settled pastor. I would pay all my bills and my son's mom's and brother's bills. I would treat all my friends and family to a week long cruise and would invest the rest. Would there be any left?
2. What has been your scariest health scare? Thankfully I have not had one. Let's hope WLS isn't it! 3. What room in your house could use a total make over, and what style, color and design would you choose. Well, I don't have a house right now, but when I do I would love a really large bathroom with a shower just like to one you describe, and a big whirlpool tub with steps down into it! 4. Who do you envy the most? I don't envy anyone really. I have friends who are quicker to act out their faith than I am and I aspire to do that better. 5. If you could change or help any of your children, what would you choose? I wouldn't change a thing about my son, other than helping him pay bills and buy his first home, but I would make sure some money was set aside so my 11 year old goddaughter could go to a better school and then to college. I am afraid she will get lost in the system!

1. what would you do with a million $?     I'd pay off the house and bills, give to Church, help all our kids, grandkids and my brother and sister get outta debt, help DH's mom get a better place to live, make sure mom and dad are taken care of, college funds, vacation, car......is there any money left?

2. What has been your scariest health scare?  Probably when my daughter was born not breathing!  Was very scary not to hear that first cry for a few minutes....glad it all turned out ok.....well, maybe that explains ALOT about her....haha...jk...she's fine.

3. What room in your house could use a total make over, and what style, color and design would you choose.    Our WHOLE house could use a make over!  We've redone different rooms over the years, but the house is in need of some work...a new furnace would just tickle me pink!!!!!!!  BTW: you should see my Winnie the Pook lilac bathroom...it's the talk of the house!  haha

4. Who do you envey the most?   I don't think I envy anyone.  Sure, I'd like to have more money, stuff like that...but, I'm pretty good where I am.

5. If you could change or help any of your children, what would you choose?  I think I would have to do something with my middle son.  He is SOOOO much like his father (my ex) and he is gonna have it rough.  Wish I could tell him all the things his dad has done so he can avoid some of the same issues, but I see him walking down the same road as his dad.....and that's scary!   Either way, I love all 3 of them and I'll take them any way they wanna be!!!!!! THANKS CHERYL!!!!!!!!!!!

1. what would you do with a million $? Hmmmm so much could be done with a million. Firstly I would get my whole family out of any debt. Give a bunch to the church and take a vacation or two. 2. What has been your scariest health scare?  A couple years ago after my first mamo they found something and I needed to have a biopsy. Scary stuff. 3. What room in your house could use a total make over, and what style, color and design would you choose.  Hmmm I think I would  want an addition to tell you the truth. I would want a reading room study combo. 4. Who do you envey the most?   My children. 5. If you could change or help any of your children, what would you choose?  Ask me this question in about 10 years lol my kids are still to young to answer this one. 11 and 5 with their whole life ahead of them.

1- What would you do with a million $? I would pay off all my bills, school loans etc, then I'd set aside a set amount for each of my three children. After that I'd donate some to my church in thanksgiving for my better health and help out several friends who are in dire need at this point in their lives. The remainder would go into a high yield CD to fund my retirement years as well as fund a retirement vacation for my husband and me. 2 - What has been my scariest health scare? After 3 miscarriages and almost losing my youngest son during his delivery....I would say that my weight was my biggest health scare as I was a diabetic with high blood pressure and cholesterol that was climbing through the roof. I also had thyroid problem that complicated everything else. Since the surgery God has truly blessed me as ALL my medical problems have disappeared !!!!! I no longer need daily prescribed medications and I can now begin to really enjoy life anew with my family. 3 - What room in your house could use a total makeover ? I live in a rented "townhouse" and am pretty happy with the rooms in general. I would, however like to have some new furniture for the living-room as  our couch and chairs have seen  many years of use. 4 - Who do you envy the most?  Believe it or not, Cheryl, I agree with you 100% as everyone no matter how rich etc. have their own problems. I'm pretty well satisfied with just envying myself as I feel I've been blessed with the wonderful family I have as well as a new lease on a life that was going nowhere because of my weight. 5 - If I could change or help any of my children, what would I choose? That's a bit difficult as all three of my kids are pretty remarkable. If I had the money, as mentioned earlier, I would get all three on a good financial footing. Not having that, however, I guess I would try to be there for all three of them when they need me and be as supportive as I can. My daughter is pretty good when it comes to style but my boys could use a "tune-up" in that department. Anne

1. what would you do with a million $?
Hmmm, not sure.  I guess I would stop waiting for my Father to retire and buy my own fishing berth and a good used lobster boat and fish on my own.
2. What has been your scariest health scare?  I have actually had two in the past three years.  I was in a head-on collision in my truck where I was saved by my airbag, I wa**** so hard my drivetrain and battery was on the road, I did not have anything broken but I felt like I was dead and the bruises were incredible.  And then in the last  two years, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, gained way too much weight gain and then I had a baby son at age 42 after I had already retired from the Navy, so I guess it is a new chapter in my life but the happiest one yet.

3. What room in your house could use a total make over, and what style, color and design would you choose.  I don't know if a room would quite cut the mustard, I like the house we own, but I absolutely hate the driveway, we live on the middle of a hill and the traffic comes flying over the hill, I am always afraid we or some company will drive out of our driveway and get sideswiped.

4. Who do you envy the most?  I guess it would be my wife, I am the happiest I have ever been with a new baby boy and the weight is finally coming off.  She has been super supportive of this from the start.  There is no way I would have been able to do this without her support because I definitely lived to eat.

5. If you could change or help any of your children, what would you choose?  I have a 24 year old and an 11 month old.  I would probably help out my oldest daughter more financially as her husband recently lost his job, I have been helping her some but I missed a few weeks of work earlier and it has me behind this year.

2. What has been your scariest health scare? when I had RNY surgery and ended up in emergency surgery to fix a blockage then in ICU for 6 days had a feeding tube and too many drugs to remember...scary

3. What room in your house could use a total make over, and what style, color and design would you choose. I don't own my home so right now there isn't a room I would do over

4. Who do you envey the most? people who like themselves

5. If you could change or help any of your children, what would you choose? my children are too young to need changing or help...although I would like it if my daughter was potty trained and my son followed directions.
