so I just sat down to eat lunch, took a few bites of brocolli, must not have chewed good enough, OUCH!  something is stuck....this happenned last night, when I took my evening primrose oil tablet, first one i've taken since pre op. Dr. L told me to hold off on it, since it is so big.  It did stay on my chest for about an hour,  should not take it at bed time ...but, my boobs have started to hurt again, so I need to start taking it again.   I'm affraid when I get a tighter fill I wont' be able to take it, I"ve been looking for smaller capsules. I hear they have tea too???  I"m better now... good reminder to slow down and chewwwww.

becareful it does take a few days for the fil to really start working. And your veggies may have to be a little more cooked than you are used to. This is when you will start to find what foods you may have problems with so take it slow with every thing you eat like it is new to you, becaue with your fill it is new and you don't know what will get stuck, what needs to be cooked a little more or what you may not be able to eat all together. Just try to remember which food gives you a hard time and see if it does it again. Don't be too quick for another fill till you know what you can eat. You don't want to make it so tight that no food will go down. Or any meds,,,, Before you take your meds take a small sip of water so your throat isn't dry then take it.and make sure you haven't eaten anything for a while pills fill you up too. At first I had to spread out my meds and take a few every ten to twenty minutes I couldn't do them all at once like I used to do.     Linda

Thank you LInda, I am sure after 4 weeks I will know more as to if I need another fill,  I certainly feel like I will right now.  Good idea with the sip of water first before the pill.  I really think this afternoon stuck was not chewing enough, the broc was frozen and pretty well cooked.  I really hope I dont' need a bunch of fills to get a good restr. I am anxious to get going on this.  wanna be slim by summer and look sexy like all of you guys.  plus I have company coming and want to loose what I've gainned last year.  They are health freaks and talk about this and that all the time.  I usually run away and go sit alone, I want to be involved this year.  they dont' know about my wls,  I'm debating to tell them or not.????  she claims to be all healthy and works out but is my size, and very jealous so I really need to strut my stuff... I am sooo bad....but i've been on the other side for too long, its gonna be MY YEAR....
