worst pms ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK I know I'm a little on the sensitive and emotional side already..lol...but I feel like a monster!!!  I have been so impatient and ugly with everything.  My husband is in a stuper....  I know some hormones are stored in our fat cells and that probably explains it but I wi**** would be over with already...My period, not the weight loss. sorry if tmi ...hee hee  Anyway in spite of the hormones I've managed to still lose.  Yahhh!  Hope you all are having a great day or at least better than me

Oh Keela!  I feel your pain!  My Dh can definitely sympathize/empathize with your DH!  I've been a bear at times!  It IS just those hormones being released from our fat cells, from all I've read...and it does get better.  I still have my days, but most are better now.  What a rollercoaster!  Glad you are still losing!  You are doing great!  Keep your chin up and tell your DH to be like a duck and let things roll right off....that's what my DH is doing...and he's getting a little TOO good at it too!  haha   Have a great day!  Ruth

OMgosh  Seriously could my moods swing anymore?????

When I finally heard from Corinne that my moods were because of hormone releasing, I practically had a melt down about that!  I had been all over the place, tears and bi-ochy, snappy...oh my.  It is so much better now, unless I am tired then watch out!! hang in there

A lot of the girls on youtube I talk with have been talking about this issue too....and non-stop bleeding. Some of them have the (I forgot the name so if Im wrong dont laugh) Meridian? The thin that bounces around inside...Or the ones that seem to have it the worst. One of them hasnt stopped bleeding in 2 months. The surgery effects your cycle in many ways apparently.
