I am sooo tired today!        I slept ok last night, have almost all my protein in for the day, as well as most of my fluids.  I went for a walk earlier and it felt like I was walking in beach sand the whole way....my feet just didn't want to move!  I have a headache and a slight cough (feels like the cough is coming from my chest but I'm not bringing anything up and I don't have a temp or anything.............thanks DH!!!!).  I feel like I could go to bed and sleep the whole night through right now!  Any suggestions? (I think maybe I need some frozen custard like Cheryl!?!?!  haha....jk)   Ruth

oh, no, There you go... get ready to do some coughing.  my DH still is coughing, but he don't take care of himself, sleeps about 4 hours a night, works long hours, eats ok, but uses way too much salt.  so i'm sure his lingered on longer, mine and my sons got better much sooner.  good luck. have a good week, son and I are renting a movie,  "The Water Horse"...

Allergies have me wiped out actually. Hope you feel better soon Ruth. I am guessing the week at work is finally catching up with you. Just take it easy.

After my first week of work I felt like I was shoveling mud!! Bed at 8 pm and all.  You ARE tired!! You already listed it, the kids schedule your job and trying to keep up with food, it is exhausting.  Take it easy...it does work out, I was better the week after that and then better after that. Be gentle with yourself. hugs,

It was magic when she realized who she had become...

This surgery takes a lot out of ya. Getting back to a regular schedule, returning to work, planning  and making meals, taking  care of everything makes you more tired than you know. Try to take it easy, get as much rest as you can, and things will return to normal soon.

When I went back to work, I was done in by the end of the day each day, and by weekend I was really exhausted. It all takes time.

Hope you feel better soon!
