Thank you everyone for your support. I feel alot better just reading your post to me. I will post every day to see if it helps me stay focused and away from over eating. Again thank you all so much.

Hi Ruth, you already are so much help to me just by being here every day and posting your journey. What a wonderful new picture you have up. you look awsome! I love geese, especially in the fall when they gather up for migrating. Have a great day! I have to babysit my grandson's today so I am on my way out. Hope I can keep away from the temtations of food today. Honk, Honk....
