Ok you all' I need your input.  I feel like I'm not losing weight fast enough.  Does everyone go through that?  I really haven't been exercising due to knee pain.  I've walked a few days but not ever day.  I've felt this since I've had surgery that I wouldn't lose weight?  Is that weird?  I've lose a total of 25 pounds but still feel it should be more.  I'm wondering if this is normal or not. Do we have to call Dr. Loggins office when we want to go back to work?  I welcome all your input.  Thanks for all your help. Judy

Hi Judy,  I am sure everything is normal.  Remind me, your surgery date was when?  And you had the RNY, correct?

I do think everybody goes through the am I losing fast enough thing. I thought that way too early out. But found the weight loss tracker and found out I was right where I was supposed to be. You can find it in the My OH section. you just input your weight at surgery your height and % you want to lose It gives you a general idea of what to shoot for.. Good Luck

what you all in such a hurry for?  losing weight slowely is healthier.  I certainly don't think 25 lbs. is slow at all, your surgery was just a few weeks ago, wasn't it?  you are doing just fine.  Keep up the great work, i'm sure it isn't easy.  have a nice day..

I'm in the same boat with you!!!!!  Feels like this is going soooo sssllllooooowwww!  And I keep gaining and losing the same 1.5 pounds!  It's enough to drive me batty! (Already batty enough around here!  haha)  I definitely feel your frustration!  Thing is....I walk, exercise and follow Corrinne's guidelines....and still, seems like nothing is going away! Now that I am on stage 5, regular foods, I feel like the weight loss is going to slow even more because of the added calories!  I'm really frustrated with this!   Guess we just need to keep working at it and things will eventually start heading in the right direction!  Just wanted you to know that you aren't alone in your feelings!  Try to have a great day!  Ruth
