Wet Ear Wax information

Have you ever heard this?

Another genetic trait associated with breast cancer is wet ear wax. The breasts and the glands that produce ear wax are both apocrine glands. According to NCI's Breast Cancer Digest, women with wet ear wax are twice as likely to develop breast cancer as those with dry wax. Wet ear wax is a dominant genetic trait in the United States-85 percent of whites and virtually all blacks in this country have wet ear wax. In Asia, where wet car wax is rare, breast cancer is also much less prevalent.

Cheryl...I'm sorry, but I had to laugh when I read this!  Not about the article...or the research..breast cancer is VERY serious!  I just don't know where you see this stuff!  I've never heard of the like between ear wax and breast cancer!  WOW!!  I'd better watch out....my ears always have wet ear wax!  Maybe that's why I'm half deaf! ha  You always keep me guessing Cheryl!  Thanks!  Ruth

It was on the today show? I had never heard it either.  I had however heard that if you are asian you have dry ear wax. but if your caucasian or african you have wet ear wax, and those people have more cancer too??? I find it interesting.... my little man has really dry ear wax, I guess he is Asian??

Ok so where do I fit in. Mine is not dry or wet really it is just sticky. lol
