Just wanted to apologize to anyone I sent a Red bracelet to.........I guess I had a major senior moment and didn't put enough postage on them!  Yikes!  Sorry!!!!!!!   Ruth

Ruth, after all you have done, making those Hemp bracelets and now the red bracelets, I'm thinking a few cents postage is forgivable.  My dh had one too, he sent me to get a bunch of 1 cent stamps and come to find out we had those forever stamps and didnt' need them after all. OPPSSS!!  spent more money on gas then the stamps.  Thanks for everything Ruth,

Hi...I've only lost 17 and i had the surgery 8 months ago today.I had my 5th fill thursday.It does take time.But you sound just like i did.I know exactly how your feeling.I been working on my treadmill that a girl at work gave me and i am seeing results already.I lost 3 lbs since thursday..Crazy huh?But exercise does help alot..Don't get discouraged.We're all here for you..Take Care and have a great week

You have been great with being willing to give to us on the board.  I have gotten comments on my ancklete today (first day I wore it to work).  I would like a red band if I can still get one.

it ok i took care of mine yesterday .. i love mine and a few people have asked me about it untill it broke.. there was a little place braking when i got it and i guess putting it over my big hand it made it brake faster .. but it ok i still  love it ... thanks ruth sending me one ...  Amber
