I just bought some meatless pepperoni, so here are the Nut facts: 80 cal and 14 g protein for 16 slices... was thinking next monday I start on a reg. diet so I am going to make a low carb pizza .  I got them at Hannaford where all the veggie things are, near fruits and veggies.  High in sodium tho, but, Its better then reg. pep  pizza, once in a blue moon.

Hi Ruth~ I went from stage to stage as directed only calling if I had an issue.  But with my infected inscision I was in the office weekly then bi-weekly for 8 weeks and that was after a 2 week stay in the hospital so I was a little different.  But I changed when the calendar said it was time.  Remember:  add one food at a time so you can clearly know if it's not settling correctly.  Good luck and enjoy!!!

The further you get out the harder it is to remember you need to chew things to mush and eat slower then a snail moves.
