so, I am still on liquid diet and it states, if you can drink through a straw it is considered a liquid.  So I was wondering, if I liquify Racotta cheese w/ sugarfree/FF pudding, enough to drink through a straw (NO NO STRAW I KNOW) can I have some???

pudding yes, ricotta would be considered pureed i believe. honestly i don't think it would hurt you a bit. just go slow and sip. don't actually use a straw though. you can get too much at once.

Ricotta has not set well with me I do better with Cottage cheese. I make protein smoothies and put yogurt and cottage cheese in them.

I hate, cottage cheese, i've tried getting used to it since Dec. and just hasn't happend yet,  I wouldn't have it now tho, way too chunky for me. but Ricotta is a little smoother???? I also don't do yogurt, but did some in a smootie today and it wasn't bad.  so that is a plus.

LOL Ruth, your post made me laugh!  And you know I read all the posts, although I don't post a lot and you seem like such a funny and warm person.  I wish you lived nearer to me, I think you'd be a fun friend! Lori
