This is the End of the World as we know it.... booo hooo.........I think we are all so excited and busy with spring here. how about we shorten it up and every Friday, we write our goal for the next week.  My Goal for Next week:   Return to my exercise 5x a week, and buy a pedometer...(will be easy startup) Cheryl...

haha, oh, boy I don't even have to ask about that one.  Don't you love it when people have little kids and they say "I can't wait for my kids to grow up and I don't have to worry abou them anymore" ?

my goal is to walk 10,000 steps at least five days of the week. that equals about 3.5-4 miles for me.

Hi Lisa, What do you do to count your steps?  My cell phone has a pedometer but any little movement causes it to count a step ~ just driving had me going 350 steps.

i have a pedometer. it reads distance, calories, time, and steps. it works great. i have to jiggle it quite a bit to make it more. i don't think it's a sensative as your phone.

I'm just a bit nervous about moving on!  I've had the pouchy grouchy at me twice..but never got sick or anything!  I just rested it for 30-45 minutes and then did a SF popsicle, which went down fine!  Just nerves, I guess!
