Hi Becky!  Glad to see you!  Everyone has already given you great answers and I don't have anything to add.  Yeah!  I still get tired pretty quick!  I'm still on the liquids, so can't offer you much help with the foods..sorry!  Hope you start feeling better soon!  honks for you too!  Ruth

I only had one week where I actually lost more than 2.5 pounds  2 pounds a week is a healthy weight loss. I can get all my fluids in now but to start with I couldn't. What is your exercising like if you don't mind me asking? That is key get walking.  Cottage cheese is really good for your stage in the game it goes down fairly easily too.

Thanks everyone for the great info.    I guess I just wasn't expecting to be so tired and run down.   Just wanted to make sure I am following the  norm.

instead of eggs have you tried egg beaters? I love them and put a little cheese in them when I cook em and YUMMY and they go down sooooooooooo smoothly but I just started that yesterday 2 days shy of 4 weeks on the liquid diet. Ive been able to get in all my fluids the past few days I can take much bigger sips than I could before with no pain at all. Im losing about a pound a day on average right now but I know its going to start slowing down.
