Found a snack
I found these wonderful "chips" at Big Lots in Auburn and they are SOOO GOOD!!!!! For $1.30 a bag I couldn't resist buying one to try and I went back and bought 2 of each flavor.
Serving size is 2cups but I only eat 1 which is 12 Krisps which have only 100 calories and 6 grams of protein. I have tried the ranch and honey bbq and have yet to try the nacho cheese or sour cream and onion. I'm going back to buy more tomorrow!!! If I could find them locally I would buy them all the time but it's a Canadian Company and I have yet to figure out where they are in the US, besides Big Lots???????????

Here are the stats for the Honey BBQ which I have decided are my favorite. I only eat 1 cup which really isn't a full cup when you figure in the way the krisps fit in the cup. I count out 12.

I went to Big Lots yesterday and got 3 bags. I only tried the sour cream and onion and they were yummy! And the babies LOVED them lol. And hubby too...so looks like I will be going back to buy some more before they are all gone.
I have been getting the soy protein chips from revival soy. In the individual bags it comes out to about the same calories and protein. This is much cheaper! Thanks for the heads up!
I also found soy nuts there with 140 calories in 1/4 cup and 14 grams of protein. They were $1.
