hello friends, I"m back home, just got here, I"m feeling great, had a wonderful visit by Ruth, had a long talk, it was fun, my roommate also with Band, and I got along great and she should soon, joing us here, her name is JIll, so i'm sure you will all welcome her. WE were up walking at 12am, 2am, 5 am. I am really doing great, feel great, and If I dont' ever have to swallow another crappy liquid in my life it won't be too soon. little gas pain, but not bad. iscisions a little sore, today. Ruth got me the cutes little "goose/duck" stuffed animal. I was so excited I told all the nurses and anyone who would listen the guees story. I recieved 20 lovely cards from all of my wonderful friends here on OH. Thank you all so much. Dr. Loggins was in and out in 1 hour and 15 mins. I woke up great and walk right away. All be cause of all your prayers and Honks, I heard quite a few loud honks outside my window. well, time for a little nap, so happy to be back home...Thank you so much, Love, hugs and honks Cheryl

So glad you are home resting. I am not looking forward the pre op bowel thing. It so does not sound fun. Take care and don't over do!

Jackie, some Dr's do not require it, but mine does. He is very thorough, but good. No need to feel bad about the card, I felt the love believe me. it was so helpful know of all you of proceeded me and those to follow, it was so helpful. there must have been 10 nurses who came in and kept saying they couldn't believe how great we were doing. and we only did what we had heard we needed to do. All this support pulled me through. Thanks to everyone...
