Here is what I would like to do. When I get to my goal or maybe even before I want to do something for others to signify my weight loss journey. I have 2 things I am thinking about. 1.) Donate a certain amount of money per pound that I lose to feed the hungry. 2.) Donate a certain amount of time per pound working in the local Soup Kitchen. Not sure if I can decide which one I should do cause they are both awesome causes. Input please. Thanks all

how about doing something in a local school, since you have young kids, and do something healthy with them, cooking class, exercise, eating healthy, because our kids, all could learn better eathing and healthy life styles...?? they all sound like good idea tho,  your a very kind person.. good luck...

Kathy!  Those are both such awesome ideas!  I think, personally, I'd get more satisfaction from donating my time, but that's just me.  I'm sure which ever you do, it will be GREATLY appreciated!  You are an awesome person!  Ruth

Hi Kathy, sounds like you are very grateful. For me it would have to be the" donate my time" because Of money issues...what ever you choose, I think is great...take care
