I am doing great!!  I am sorry I have not posted My MIL in Bro in law are still here with me so I have not been on the computer much at all.  They will be here for a few more days and then I will be back in full force.  I am hoping to see Jackie at support group tonight and I will let her know people are wondering about her. Thanks for all the wonderful support. Peggy

Sorry I havent been on much. Last night I updated my YouTube stuff quick and added the quick footage of all my rolls from the hospital...all drugged up and sounding stupid :o) Anyway Im doing great, only pain I have is my back from sleeping on it since I'm a stomach sleeper. I was down 14 lbs morning of surgery, came out of the hospital  at 304.10 lbs heavier than I went in from the iv fluids and Aunt Flow bloat (figures I got it in the hospital), but the fluid weight gain is typical. Anyway, thats all gone again and Im now down 18lbs even as of this morning weigh in from my morning weigh in the day I started my pre-op liquid diet which is 3 weeks today. 6lbs a week on average, cant complain about that! Im not getting all my fluids in like I should be but close. Im getting probably around 48 oz of water in a day and about 40 grams of protein. Some of that protein is coming from the Special K20 iced teas that Im mixing in with my water to make it count more. Let me just add, I love that stuff!! But,  Im supposed to be at 75g so tonight I went and got the new whey bullets so I can make my goal everyday until I can fit more liquid in. I gotta work on not getting in the air when I sip, because I do sometimes and it gives you that sharp pain until it bubbles back up and you burp. So here I am, Im alive! Hope everyones doing well!

I went and got the protein bullets last night so I know I can make my goal for the next little while until I can hold more fluids. I didnt realize you were supposed to drink them half at a time because your body can only take in about 25g of protein at a time. So if anyone uses them and didnt know that, I hope it helps!
