crystal lite

Have any of you tried this crystal lite, I bought one yesterday at cumbies and am sending my husband out for more today, (since I can't leave the house).... I was totally in love with it....Immunity Pomegranate Cherry, 99% caffine free tho, so a tad of caffine, FYI

Don't forget to get those measurements  You will be happy you did them. I will be thinking bout you today. This is one part of the journey that is unforgettable( Ha Ha) Oh how I wish I could forget. I have not tried that one I don't like most of the Crystal Lights though. I do like the Iced Tea K2O the special k water it has a little protein in it too so a little bonus there.

I am so glad our program  didnt have us  do bowel prep.      I hated it for my colonoscopy  i would of really dreaded it for   the  wls.    Have fun  Mammg.!!!   It will be over before you know it.

I weighed in this morning thinking after less then 100 calories yesterday I must of dropped some, ohhh, no, not me.. (but it might have had to do with the wonderful food I ate all day Thurs. and Friday.... Oh, well, not upset, just ready to do some pooopin today. 40 more min. I'm going out in hot tub now, then gonna begin my daily duty...

Cheryl, I haven't tried that flavor of crystal light yet, but I'll look for it. I buy a lot of the Wal-Mart brand of crystal light. They have more varity to pick from. My favorites are the Cherry and the Grape with lots of crushed ice. Makes me feel like I'm having a slushy. lol For those of you who can have caffine theres a really good Diet Iced Tea called Lipton Pure Tea. It's a black tea and has a very strong tea flavor. The Snapple Diet Iced tea is good too, but I like the Lipton better. Both teas are sweetened with Splenda and have no calories. ~dori~

Love them!!!  Casswells had them and I bought a case...shoulda bought 2 or more though.  4C's makes a pomegranate cranberry powder ~ next to the crystal lite at walmart.  It's a little more expensive but I'm addicted ~ oh I should mention it stains though so be carefull.

For a really long time I drank the walmart brand of the peach iced tea, that is my absolute fav but I found now that 4c makes theirs with splenda instead of aspartame so I have now switched to 4c and special k20 iced tea......ITS SOOOOO YUMMY (a bit pricey) but it has 5g of protein per serving!
