Wow Stephanie, I know one can only eat so much right. Hmmm have you tried adding starches here and there? What does Corinne suggest? I suppose the question is how do you feel? I wonder if your body will actually know when it has had enough and will stop the loss on its own? My thoughts and prayers are with you. If your labs all look good and you feel good I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

My nut told me to drink unsweetened fruit juices (because it's easier to drink than eat more) and when I do have my snacks to try higher fat snacks like nuts. Nuts are good for you but higher in fat than other snacks. The juice works the same way, its a fruit but it's higher in calroies than say an apple. I drink the Wal-mart brand of unsweetened apple juice. I also drink the unsweetened juice from the can of pineapples I buy. It helps me maintain and to stop losing. I also had to stop exercising at the gym and riding my stationary bike at home. I think I was doing to much cardio.
